Joanna Page specialises in Argentine literature and cinema. She is the
author of
Crisis and Capitalism in Contemporary Argentine Cinema (Duke
University Press, 2009) and the co-editor of
Visual Synergies in Fiction and
Documentary Film from Latin America (Palgrave Macmillan, 2009). She has recently completed a book manuscript with the working title
Creativity and Science in Contemporary Argentine Literature: Between Romanticism and Formalism, and is currently working on science fiction from Argentina across various media,
including literature, film and comics.
