We're dedicated to providing technological support for teaching, research and administration within MML. This includes Web and network services, desktop computers, classroom and computing facilities - including the CALL Facility, supporting the Faculty Library, specialist advice on humanities and languages computing, project development, phones, digital media and many other technologies.

If you have a question or issue that's not covered in the sidebar, please email help-desk@mml.cam.ac.uk and we'll help if we possibly can. Staff or students with an issue regarding support for a computer in college should consult their local college computing staff in the first instance.

Services

Server and Networks: We maintain and develop the Faculty's internal network and servers

Desktop Computer Support: We support all the computers in the Raised Faculty Building and laptops purchased through us

Teaching Support: We provide support for and training in the use of all the media equipment in the Faculty's teaching rooms

Web and Media Services: We develop and manage the Faculty's website and can help to develop your personal, research project and course websites hosted here in MML, together with your digital teaching materials. We also run the Faculty's own blog and media servers and are also able to advise on digitising your analogue or paper-based teaching or research materials.

Project Consultancy: We're able to help and advise on the technical aspects of any projects within the Faculty including research grant applications. If you're thinking of developing a project that may well need significant technological input or support time please come and see us to discuss your needs.
