However, since college rooms' availability is very limited, you are encouraged to find B&B accommodation as soon as possible. For a complete list of bed and breakfast accommodation in Cambridge, please visit: city visitor.com OR allstays.com

Presentations Guidelines:

  • Presentations should not exceed 15 minutes with an extra 5 minutes for Q&A (at the end of each panel).
  • If your presentation is PowerPoint or needs an overhead projector, please let Linda Risso know as soon as possible so that she can make the necessary arrangements.
  • If you have a handout, you should make approximately 30-40 copies. We cannot help you on the day of the conference with this, so please come prepared!

General Information:

* Please remember that being a student conference, we are unable to offer travel bursaries to our speakers and you are invited to seek funding from an alternative source.
