Registration fees

• Residential delegate: �190
• Student Residential delegate: �150
• Non-residential delegate: �65
• Student non-residential delegate: �40

Residential fee includes:

• Conference attendance
• Accommodation in Robinson College for nights of 12th and 13th December
• All meals from lunch on 12th to breakfast on 14th December
• Conference dinner on 13th December

Non-residential fee includes:

• Conference attendance
• Lunch on 13th December
• Conference dinner on 13th December

Please note that these fees are subsidised. It may be necessary, should numbers exceed expectations, to charge different fees to late applicants. All changes will be posted on this website. Please check this page before applying.

Also note that there will be a charge of 50% per participant per day of the total daily charge for cancellations up to 7 days before the start of the conference, and of 100% if within 7 days of the conference.
