A comprehension exercise in progress: the student can use the video play buttons to show a video segment in relation to each answer, with or without subtitles. The on-line help facility is also shown: it explains how to perform each exercise, and how to navigate round the software.

The Ricomponi exercise: after watching the numbered segments of video, students attempt to re-compose them back into the right order, checking their progress along the way.

The dialogue exercise: after completing vocabulary and comprehension exercises, many units include a specially-recorded interview which incorporates material from the clips proper. Students take on the role of one of the particpants and record responses to a number of questions using language they have learned in the unit.
