Research Training
All students must attend a prescribed amount of research training each year. The Faculty's research training programme provides many useful courses, some of which are compulsory. Some of these seminars and workshops will not be relevant to Linguistics students but the Department intends to put on seminars and workshops specifically for Linguistics students each year and these will also be listed on the MML training pages. Note the Pragmatics Workshop in December. Other events for this year are yet to be arranged. Your personal programme for each year should be discussed with your supervisor.
